All members of the surgery primary healthcare team are dedicated to a quality policy and to achieving a service which meets the patient’s requirements.

We will endeavour to make our surgery buildings welcoming, easy for patients to find their way around and appropriate to the need of all users.

Both of our surgeries have disabled access.

Our staff work incredibly hard to provide a good service for our patients and their families.  We understand at times things don't go to plan and this may lead to frustration however we do not accept any abuse towards our staff.

We operate a Zero Tolerance Policy in the practice to protect ALL OUR STAFF from unwanted abuse from patients or their familiy members.

Any abuse towards our staff, either verbal or physical, from patients or their family members will not be tolerated and will result in either a warning letter from the practice and/or removal from the practice list.

PLEASE RESPECT OUR STAFF AT ALL TIMES.

If you have an emergency between 6pm - 8am any week day and at the weekends please contact GP OOHs on 02890 744447.

Please only use Out of Hours for emergencies that will not wait until the surgery re-opens.
